Taking care of your health is important. Fort Defiance Indian Hospital Board, Inc. is now offering testing for sexually transmitted infections. With our Golden Ticket initiative, it gives patients more privacy and less wait time with our two options.
Tickets and lockboxes are located in the Emergency Department, Primary Care Clinic, Women’s Health Clinic, Pediatric Clinic, Mobile Health Unit, and Nahata’Dziil Health Center.
STIs are preventable and treatable, if caught early. The Golden Ticket is only for people that do not have symptoms of an STI. After completing the Golden Ticket card and placing it in one of the locked boxes, you will be contacted by a registered nurse within 2-5 days.
