I have over a year's worth of use with the Gold Tip Pierce Platinum arrows now and have taken three deer with them. This review is a hunter's perspective of how well the arrows work relative to standard diameter arrows, in terms of accuracy, penetration, and toughness.
The MSRP price for the arrows is $194.99/dozen, by far the most expensive arrows I've ever shot; however, tight tolerance micro diameter arrows are expensive no matter who you buy them from. The bottom line is that they do have an upside which could make them worth the purchase, particularly if you deal with a lot of wind or desire greater penetration through bone.
