Howaida and her family made the switch to EVs, but they took their time first easing into the electric vehicle world by replacing a Smart Car with a short-range EV.

They loved it, but when it came time to replace the second family vehicle they wondered if they could go all-electric given range limitations and the bitterly cold Canadian winters.
