Well-known progressive “Christian” pastor Brandan Robertson claims that it’s impossible for the Bible to condemn homosexuality. What’s his case? He argues that the Biblical writers didn’t know of loving same-sex relationships as they are practiced today. What’s more, the word “homosexual” is, according to Brandan, an inaccurate translation of the original Greek word “arsenokoitai” which we come across in relevant New Testament passages. Here is my response.
