These are the best gluten-free chocolate chip cookies - you'll instantly fall in love with them! They have a soft, chewy inside, perfectly golden edges, and just the right amount of chocolatey goodness with every bite. Bonus, they can also be made dairy-free and paleo!
Some might say these are healthy chocolate chip cookies (I don't know if I'd go that far), but they sure are tasty! All you need are a few pantry (like almond flour, coconut sugar, and coconut oil), fridge staples (like an egg), and your favorite chocolate chips to whip up this sweet dessert treat.
