Proof of concept... Crashed because PJ64 but it should work on VC I think, it would give blue potion bottle!
English only due to the failure text box only being 1 text box on JP
You have to light the torch + get 0 on the timer to give you WWT with the failure text, then dive to pick up the nuts and close the text box as soon as link picks up the nuts in the dive (gotta be in shallow water).
Then, get rid of your ground jump (yes, it stores a ground jump for you) and go to the chest + jump in the water!
