I shot the bubble with the slingshot through the wall (to do this, hold the slingshot in your hand, sidehop into the wall, and begin holding slingshot during the sidehop), then reloaded the room to bring the bubble back and had just enough time to roll to the seeds. This might be possible in OoT 3D and could lead to early explosives in that game if it works. The bubble can drop deku nuts and deku sticks as well.
