I am not flying as often as I would like. Consequently, I am not editing flight footage either. Testing the Beta85X HD was a great excuse to practice a bit on both ;)

My Beta85X HD seems to be jello-free, even after the abuse it has gone through. I have been flying it strictly on 2S and 3S and it has been a very pleasant experience. It can deliver smooth flights, clean video feed and has adequate power for roaming around while recording in HD. This is not to be confused with a micro acro beast or a tiny whoop quad. I am not sure if I agree with the now-trending Cinewhoop nametag, but the Beta85X HD suits this role fine.
The frame is definitely not strong enough, the two front ducts broke quickly, in very mild crashes. The canopy is very sturdy but has a design flaw, which does not allow uptilt adjustments - as far as I know BetaFPV is already working on a re-designed canopy.

I am looking forward to an improved version with a better frame, new canopy and hopefully an ESC board that is 4S capable too.

Note: Youtube compression doesn't do the footage justice. Still figuring out export settings without resorting to up-scaling the footage for the higher bit-rate.

This is (me) getting the most out of the Caddx Turtle V2 and the Beta85X HD - Let's go!
