Earlier this month I bust a Kim Kardashian and got my very first vampire blood facial at the Roxbury Institute in Beverly Hills. If you're thinking about getting a blood facial, the Clear + Brilliant laser treatment, or any sort of cosmetic treatments in the Los Angeles area, definitely add the Roxbury Institute to your lists of places to visit because the doctors and staff were by far some of the best I've met in LA.

The vampire facial is more of a skin treatment than plastic surgery but either way, be smart about plastic surgery! Do your research, remember that less is more, and of course ignore the haters and do what's right for you. (end preach sesh)
