It's that time of the year again! No, I'm not talking about Christmas, but Solar Winter Time!. When every kWh counts to make it through the day. So far, I had no real issues coming into May and not using any grid power. BUT, I had some help from all the spare and test batteries which were still charged for storage, like 50-60%SOC. Whenever I needed more energy than I had, I just connected these spare batteries and sucked up their juice for my needs. Now, I have only two batteries left and barely make enough power to cope with my daily energy demand.
So, as every year at that time, I setup the good old permanent temporary Pool Fence System! But before we have all the power we need, I have to overcome the crazy MC4 connector system!
I also show how to connect the Pace BMS to my Victron system and how to troubleshoot the connection.
