Alright I'll explain the inputs for a change.
1. Target the wall about that spot.
2. Backflip 2x.
3. Hold ESS Right.
4. The first frame Link starts to move, add holding Target and Hookshot until the Hookshot cocks.
5. When ready, switch to Down for 1 frame.
6. Switch to either Left or Right for 1 frame.
7. Release all.
