Stützlunkt Atlantik near Le Touquet was a large artillery position. There used to be six open emplacements for 15,5cm guns. The 'Sonderkonstruction' (Sk) 119 is a command bunker transformed into a fire-control bunker. The normally rectangular R119 bunker has the addition of an observation/fire control post room with its dome-like cover added to the front of the building. It has its own entrance. On top of the bunker is an emplacement for a range finder.
