Strongpoint Colline Beaumont was part of German Coastal Defense Sector 15-D2. It served as the command post for the staff of Heeresküstenartillerie Regiment 1245. The R608 command bunker is extremely difficult to access, but the reward is an original German fresco depicting a young woman.
