Let's continue with our zen/meditative way of using art, and paint a beautiful geode crystal. I want you to choose colors that speak to you and help convey a mood or emotion. Color is a really powerful tool that you can use to express yourself and help build a feeling you want to have.

I used:
• 1/2-in flat brush
• Long liner
• #8 filbert
• #8 bright
• #4 bright
• Chalk or pencil
Optional materials
• Matte Fluid Medium amzn.to/2Wq8tPk
• Gold leaf or gold paint
• Metallic or interference paints

I’m using Liquitex acrylic paint in the following colors:
• Titanium White (Basics) amzn.to/2POYYWm
• Payne's Grey (Heavy Body) amzn.to/2SdAAC9
• Dioxazine Purple (Heavy Body) amzn.to/2CPC0Jy
• Phthalocyanine Green (blue shade) (Heavy Body) amzn.to/2RYRvJl
• Burnt Umber (Heavy Body) amzn.to/2Th0272
• Yellow Oxide (Heavy Body) amzn.to/2SakYPU
But you can use any colors you like. Heavy Body paints not required. Use whatever paints you have or prefer.
