Gen1 86 Power: Tale of Two Turbos - JDL and HKS
Then Gen1 86 is a spectacular sports car. It is fun to drive, accessible, easy to work on and tunable. All things we love. It's also a bit down on power. That's a thing we can resolve.
We had two very similar forced induction builds we tuned - both on E50 fuel. One had a Garrett GTX2860 turbo on a JDL turbo kit and one was the HKS turbo kit.
Perfect opportunity to compare and contrast these builds and show you guys what to expect from a turbo build and just how well these engines respond to it.
