Hey guys, in this one i go in depth on lots of the gear and stuff I use when im out on the trail hiking, doing trail maintenance and camping . I show alot of the stuff I started with that's on the inexpensive/ heavy side but still gets the job done and also the gear that I upgraded to. Ive got a mix of DIY stuff like the MSS sleep system I made, a Gore-tex tarp, TQ liners, reflectix pot coozies and sit pads.... I've got .mil surplus gear such as my large Molle 2 ruck, old LC2 Y harness, a tool pouch turned H20 proof haversack. I've also got inexpensive but bombproof stuff like the Stanley prep cook kit, a complet cook kit from Amazon, trekking poles, different tools and knives, as well as a variety of options when it comes to packs, sleeping gear, H20 filtration and pouches. Overall its za great mix of gear that works well together and is bombproof. I didnt touch on everything i had laying out so if there is something that you see that you want to know more about or just have a question about any of my gear in general let me know! I really wanted to show that its possible to build a decent kit and not have to spend a ton of money. You can get budget and inexpensive stuff to start with and upgrade as you get more experience. My loadout for 2 or 3 days on the trail could use a lot of the gear i show here and still be a decent weight. So i hope this helps if your just getting into hiking or "bushcraft" and are looking for good yet inexpensive gear to get you started !
