Here are the latest additions to my cold weather clothing system. I've been testing them all out in temps from 40°F down to a bone chilling -22°, and their performance is absolutely amazing. I definitely recommend checking them out if your serious about your winter gear or are looking for a cold weather clothing system to compliment your hammock/tent insulation. I've also added the Snugpak Venture Pile shirt & pants which can be seen in another of my recent vids. Its all part of a sleep SYSTEM that I use depending on temp, wind, precipitation, location, altitude etc, and together with the right shelter, I can sleep COMFORTABLY at just about any temp or weather condition. A lot of it was bought off of EBay, Amazon, and directly from a few of the companies that sell it for some amazing deals and savings. I'm big on budget gear and as long as it performs, I don't care who makes it.
Last year I added a pair of midweight Polartec fleece boot liners/socks from 281Z, -40° wool socks from J.B Icelandic, the Condor Base II micro grid fleece bottom & matching ¼ zip top, and several new pieces of insulation such as the Snugpak Antarctica mat, Base Camp Ops Expedition 0° bag, and my HG 20° Econ Burrow.
