Welcome to this short video of one of the guava trees in URD Solution's permaculture garden.

This amazing fruit has one of the best smells I have ever had the pleasure of enjoying.

Guavas are low in calories and fats but contain several vital vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants and flavonoid compounds that are essential in prevention of cancers, anti-aging, immune-boosting and much more.

They are great to add to your smoothies. I add them without the seeds, but with the skin.
A great recipe is: Banana, guava, almond milk, ice, coconut oil, raw honey, bee pollen and a few scoops of Living Fuel.

This amazing fruit is very rich source of soluble dietary fiber, an excellent source of antioxidant vitamin-C, very good source of Vitamin-A and a good source for flavonoids like beta-carotene, lutein and lycopene.

Studies suggest that lycopene in pink guavas prevents skin damage from UV rays and offers protection from prostate cancer.

The fresh fruit is a very rich source of potassium and further more, the fruit is also a moderate source of B-complex vitamins such as pantothenic acid, niacin, vitamin-B6 (pyridoxine), vitamin E and K, as well as minerals like magnesium, copper, and manganese.

Guava is another great fruit to add to your diet, for both taste and nutritional value.

Life is generous, so enjoy the gifts it loves giving!
