What we call our mind, thoughts, emotions, imagination can be likened to an AI system, that creates an Overlay over our Pure Awareness.
Most people, identify themselves that AI system.
They assume that they ARE their thoughts.
The continuous identification with this system, forms a kind of identity or personality that they assumes themselves to be.
But identifying constancy with the appearances on the AI (Ego) overlay screen, causes stress and suffering.
The return to the Peace of Presence, is to keep your attention on the unwavering State of Being.
This State of Being is prior to the AI interface.
The State of Being is the Source of Life - Eternal Consciousness.
