This Tetris-like puzzle game is one of several variations of the well-known block-stacking game that came with the Game Boy when it was released in various regions. The objective is to arrange pieces composed of four tiles in a ten-by-twenty well so that they form entire rows before vanishing. The game's tempo quickens as rows are cleared, the background shifts, and if the stack reaches the well's top, the game is over.

With the same "Type A" unlimited and "Type B" set-clear modes, the game is strikingly comparable to Nintendo's own NES version. In addition, the game has a 2-player vs mode that requires two Game Boys, two Tetris copies, and a Game Boy link cable to play. In this mode, the objective is to cause the other player to lose by clearing lines, which will increase their stack.
