A tower composed of progressively smaller discs must be moved to a new location in the traditional puzzle game Towers of Hanoi. There are only three possible stacking locations: the tower's starting point, its destination, and one additional place. A larger disc cannot be placed on top of a smaller one, and the player can only move one disc at a time.
