In which Rosie does nothing. Kind of a shame considering it's her Report, but a Shocktrooper with the Mags series machine gun can't take out the crawling Imperial Shocktroopers without a +vsPers% potential proc'd, and Rosie doesn't have any she could use here reliably. And I don't want to shell out the ducat to develop the T-MAG series until it becomes absolutely necessary -- always best to hold onto as much experience and money as possible.
Upgrading our classes to Elites has changed our go-to Lancers and Shocktroopers. Hector (or Yoko if we're dealing with Heavy Tanks because of Tank Slayer) is the best choice for Lancer, because if Intimate Company proc's the shot will definitely connect with the radiators of the tank, and he also has Extra Shot. Vyse now has Super Damage, Undodgeable Shot, Born Leader, and the usually-easy-to-proc Challenge Lover, and so is now better than Coby for solo movements. (Though Coby is still a solid second.)
Juno is the best choice for the Scout used to clean up the north end of the map -- Born Leader and Stealth ensure she can take out regular crawling Imperial Shocktroopers, and if Silent Assassin proc's, she can take out the Ace in one CP instead of two.

![Valkyria Chronicles II - Final Scout Exam [DLC] (1 Turn)
I love this video game series way too much. Even this one, though the grinding in this one in particular can be pretty ridiculous and the story is not my favorite of the three.
Unfortunately, RNG decides whether you can 1-turn this mission. If there are two crates in Area 3 and only one crate at the closer spawn position in Area 4 (and ideally only one crate at the closer spawn position in Area 5), its far easier. Otherwise, you have to get lucky with Truth Seeker on Lotte in Area 4. Theres also a lot of fiddling around with the Gatling Turret in Area 2 because I thought of that during this run and wasnt sure if I could get Alicia to hit around the front.
Besides that, its a whole lot of waiting for Anti-Intercept to proc then running headfirst into everything. Sounds like scouts to me. Valkyria Chronicles II - Final Scout Exam [DLC] (1 Turn)](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/NknkvQ-cUxU/mqdefault.jpg)
