Ronald C. Modra is a prolific professional photographer who has 70 covers of Sports Illustrated and worked on staff there for many years. In his post sports life, Ron has fallen in love with nature, landscape, and wildlife photography. Ron has been to the Galapagos four times and will be taking a lucky ten people down in May of 2022.
Patrick Murphy-Racey has been a Sony Artisan of Imagery since 2014 and also shares a past at SI as well as newspapers that he worked for.
Ron and Patrick will be hosting this workshop to the Galapagos Islands. They have a full seven days of shooting planned for the participants. While there are various opportunities to shoot in exotic places, a huge added value of attending this workshop is being able to learn from two guys who have been professional photographers for their entire lives, with some 80 years of experience between them. Being able to shoot right next to them, get tips on exposure, filtration, composition, and being able to get your images reviewed is an added bonus!
