The new micro-sized cameras from FXT (the Mars S and the Venus Pro) come in a fully enclosed case - unlike the bare PCB with a lens holder screwed on top, found in other micro FPV cameras. This allows for better protection, although time will tell how crash resistant is the casing itself.
Also the threaded holes for mounting are two and off-center, instead of a single mounting hole in the middle of the height of the camera. Depending on the frame you are using, this will either allow you to secure the camera more firmly or will force you to mount it higher (or lower).
As for the performance, it reminds me of the T81 Venus, for which I never even made a video. Lens flaring is very similar to the Micro SDR2 from Caddx and the overall image quality has nothing to write home about.
Looking forward to trying the Mars S, which seems to be more promising.
