Kicking off a month of Fuse Fest 2026 on the evening of Friday, May 1st, we were thrilled and delighted to feature composer/multi-instrumentalist V.Vecker (BC), new media artist/didgeridoo player John Hardin (CA), an audio-reactive multimedia performance by new media artist CG Ryan (CMH) in collaboration with multidisciplinary artist Ben New (CMH), and improvisational quintet SHPRD (CMH).
Supporters of our 2025-2026 season include the Greater Columbus Arts Council, the Ohio Arts Council, the National Endowment for the Arts, and the Columbus Foundation.
About the artist:
V.Vecker is the pseudonym for Keith Wecker, a composer and multi-instrumentalist based out of Vancouver, BC, Canada. His solo compositions revolve around looped sax and synth while the Ensemble takes on a more compositional direction with the added instrumentation provided from the other musicians. The Ensemble is currently Brody McKnight, David Rogers and Luke Rogers.
