The 2007 Cascade Complex, in Central Idaho, chased firefighters and overhead alike all over the forest, burning thru a fire camp, outright, and driving us out of 2 other ones. Any fire with more than one overhead team on it is a clusterf&*k, and heaven forbid you get Area Command involved!
Video shot by Alex Park in Warm Lake, Idaho. After this incident, they kept the camp there, in the middle of a smouldering wasteland, for a long time, and everybody got super sick from all of the smoke. Fun times!
