I recorded and uploaded this song last month. Since then, I have spent the majority of my time studying Bjorgvin Benediktsson's Step By Step Mixing, so I decided to re-upload the mix with a greater attention to dynamics and EQ, and an improved acoustic guitar track.
I shot the video for this one over a month long period, so I started out without a beard and finished with one! The videos were all shot in Port Dover, Ontario, Canada, a small town of the shores of Lake Erie.
A Greg Lake song, this tune had been around since his King Crimson days (when Fripp decided to nix it from their album). I decided to record it because of the beautiful guitar intro and the haunting sythn outro. Lake wrote the guitar intro after listening to Roundabout by Yes ... and yes, those are the exact same harmonic notes used. What I didn't realize when I started, was just how much fun the bass was!
