Hi my name is Matthew and I'm standing behind the Wielkopolska Wool Manufactory, The place we work with a polish breeds of sheep. The project came out becase in Poland there is no a single place you can buy a yarn made from polish breeds of sheep. All wool and yarn its imported. Basicaly we focus on to work with local wool. Our yarn have identity each fleece from sheep we procces have their own story.
Beside turning raw fleeces into beautyfull skein of yarn I also runing a wool procesing and spinning worksop in London and Poland they are called: from the Sheep to the Yarn, where participants can discover how the process behind the beautyfull skein of wool looks like.
