Meet 73-year-old Ginny MacColl who went from being diagnosed with osteopenia in her late 40s to becoming a world record holder as the oldest competitive female Ninja athlete!
Youโll hear how, far from considering her best Ninja days are behind her, Ginny believes she can get stronger and more competitive.
And it all stemmed from a goal to complete just one full pull-up.
That sparked an extraordinary fitness journey, including a historic achievement on American Ninja Warrior, that now sees her swing, climb and leap around obstacle courses like a competitor at least half her age.
She shares with us exactly what it took to develop this exceptional strength and fitness in her later years, how it has changed her life and attitude to aging โ and how we can do it too.

DIET - Ginny follows a Mediterranean diet with plenty of protein, eating mainly fish, chicken, fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. She eats only very limited amounts of sugar and dairy.
