Happy New Year's!!
I wanted to end the year on a fun and I think positive note. This 1996 Liberty XL Bus will require a lot of repairs and attention. While I know I should be able to handle most of it, I also know that some of these projects will be long and un-rewarding. I also wanted to test an idea and make sure my design plan will work on the inside. So today, I am trying my hand at RV Arts and Craft and removing the biggest eyesore on the ceiling of this bus fairly inexpensively.
Although there were a number of different possibilities for the purple accents in the ceiling, I thought gold leaf would reflect the best luxury identity of a Liberty Elegant Lady, yet ironically be the cheapest method too. I tried my hand at learning the technique and working within the confines of my ability and mindset and I am very pleased with the results.
