I had a customer drop off their 2008 Discovery for a few repairs and while the rain from the last few storms in Phoenix did a lot of damage to another RV at the shop, I am happy to say this Discovery is still standing tall after nearly 20 years. All it takes is a little unknown tear or hole in a membrane roof before a RV roof fails so constant inspection is vital.
