From concept to reality Sam Richards brought her artwork to life on the West Gate Tunnel Project.

Sam Richards is a Wurundjeri artist of the artwork of the perforated steel panels along Moonee Ponds Creek bridge near Footscray Road.
“It features linework representative of the significance of this waterway to the Wurundjeri people and features Bunjil, the creator deity of the Kulin Nation.”
It is part of series of artworks across the West Gate Tunnel Project’s paths and open space by First Nations artists.
