I spent the day teaching what's possible with frisbee to more than 75 students from Grades 1 to Grades 11.

They learned all about disc golf, ultimate, freestyle, throwing & catching, dodge disc, creating throws, and inventing games.

I also gave them my Kindness Challenge which requires them to set better limits on screen time, specifically, no screens in the bedroom, at the dinner table, and one hour before bed.
