I spent the day speaking and teaching frisbee to students from Kindergarten to Grade 6 at St Rita School, thanks to the sponsorship of Charlesglen Toyota!
Not only did Charlesglen sponsor the day, but they also sponsored 20 mini frisbees for the Kindness Challenge, which is all about setting better limits on screen time, being more mindful of when and where you're using screens, and being more kind to yourself and others.
During the frisbee workshops, I taught the kids how to make a frisbee fly, played lots of games including disc golf, freestyle, and battle royale, and built their confidence with throwing and catching.
