Awesome and pretty even match up, flying my Freedom Frigate pvp build. Tthis build uses Ferenginar Plasma beam banks, which have a chance to reduce my target's outgoing damage. Probably not the absolute most effective, but still plenty capable of high damage, especially coupled with the haste clicky from the Altamid lobi set (also equipped).
