Trying desperately to make a torpedo spread build viable in PvP. Torp spread has a guaranteed hit rate (no accuracy or defense factored in) and there are some great damaging torpedoes in the game that benefit from spread. Sadly, player ships with strong shields and high resistances make a build like this largely ineffective.

Note: shield offline effects like the new Bozeman console might help a build like this one
