In this Pokémon Pokopia guide, I’ll show you exactly how to free Onix the Bulldoze Pokémon step by step.
When you first discover Onix in Pokémon Pokopia, he is trapped inside a cave behind rocks that cannot be broken normally. These rocks need to be softened by rainfall before you can destroy them with Rock Smash. To trigger the rain event, you’ll need to find Slowpoke, increase the humidity around the area, and eventually activate the Kyogre rainfall event.
This walkthrough explains everything you need to do to unlock Onix the Bulldoze Pokémon, including how to spawn Slowpoke, how to create the right habitat, how to increase humidity with flowers, fountains, and rain dances, and how to repair the dock to summon Kyogre for heavy rain.
