This follow along breathing session is based on the ancient breathing and visualisation technique called "fourfold solar breath". It's been used to increase, manipulate and wake up the energy in your body and mind.

In the book "High Magick" Damien Echols describes this and many other techniques which helped him to survive 18 years in prison (10 years in solitary confinement) after he was sentenced on a death row for a crime that he didn't commit.
