What is mending?? Our grandparents knew how to mend and make things last and now you can too! Mending isn't just about sewing on a button, it's about making things last. It's about using what you have! It's about being more mindful of your possessions and not throwing usable things away. No need for a sewing machine to fix up your little household problems! A needle, thread and scissors will take care of it!
In this video, I am walking you through my mending pile- a hole in the seam of my PJs (2:26), a button that needs to be put back on (6:58) , a pillow seam that has come apart (12:00) , and hemming a pair of nice pants (16:25).
