I've always wanted to build an off grid cabin. Here, I begin with the foundation. It is poured concrete using 5000psi pre-mix concrete in 80 pound bags. Thanks to my Dad for the help. I'll show the process of laying out the foundation footers on what type of soil. Also, you will see the mixing of the concrete, vibrating, anchors, and finally, the math behind it all.
