The 2026 Geely Galaxy Starshine 7 is a modern plug-in hybrid sedan designed for the highly competitive mid-range market in China, measuring close to 5 meters in length and positioned as a spacious, tech-forward family car. Under the hood, the Starshine 7 is powered by Geely’s advanced NordThor AI Hybrid 2.0 system, which pairs a 1.5-liter naturally aspirated engine with an electric motor to deliver a combined output of around 312 kW (418 hp) and 526 Nm of torque in all-wheel-drive form. This setup enables impressive performance for its class, with a 0–100 km/h acceleration time of just 5.4 seconds. The intelligent hybrid system uses AI-based energy management to optimize efficiency and performance in real time, ensuring smooth power delivery and responsive driving dynamics. Complementing this is a refined chassis setup featuring a five-link independent rear suspension, with optional adaptive damping for enhanced ride comfort and handling stability.
