All chu drop is 2 frame window
It's already known strat, just for documentation
I think this strat saves some time in Low% NoIM/WW since you can skip a small key in Floormaster room (45 sec in max, depends on what strat you use and how many buffering), but it requires 5 chus, so I don't know if it's really worth to do
