He used double slashes but actually you don't need it, but rather than it, I noticed this setup is good for backup, so I made this video for showing it + non-initial setup

Using sidehop OI is Rosewater's idea

This way is easier than normal way for pause buffering, but you should use bomb or chu for sidehop OI because bomb/chus have 4 frames to input OI but the other items requires frame perfect input or doesn't work at all.
