NOTE: guay can notice you for jumpslash clip strat and it could waste few seconds, also it's hard to do quickly, so I doubt if jumpslash clip is worth to do if you don't use any slide trick
But in other words, it's a good option if you can use an explosive since megaflip + superswim can save more 4-5 sec, hess can save more 5-6 sec
