Watch a full tutorial as a 2016 Ford F150 will have a new pair of Alpine component speakers installed in the front doors as well as the tweeter in the dash. We will be using the Alpine Type S-S65C 6.5" Component speaker set which is rated for 80w RMS each side of power output for better sound quality.
Note: This vehicle wasn't equipped with the Sony amplified system from the factory so we do not need to retrain a factory amplifier.
This video applies to Ford F-150 models for years 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020. This kit also can work for F-250, F-350, F-450, and F-550 models for years 2017, 2018, and 2019. This video also includes door panel removal, speaker wiring, and installation.
