This is Accelerant from the Hank Challenge of the VS Online mod on the mobile port of FNF. While the port is good, it's missing quite a bit of stuff, like Deimos and Sanford not appearing on the cliffs on either side of the screen, the background being different, and the notes in the chart being meshed with the fire arrows making them impossible to hit etc. Tricky does appear here though, so the bug of him not appearing is probably only PC-exclusive. Overall a good mod!
