I initially unlisted the video because I didn't want to get struck by PONOS, so sorry for the re-upload
I should note that I feel Juliet outperforms Sanzo here. The main reason is because Juliet has a much longer backswing than Sanzo, which will allow her to move much less into Othom's range at the start of the Boss phase. Juliet is also a lot more durable than Sanzo due to higher HP. Because of these reasons, I had an easier time with Juliet than a fully talented Sanzo (minus HP talent)
Juggle the startoff peons with Ramen, Pizza and Doron. Don't spawn Ururun at all until Divine Cyclone is dead. This is because if Ururun procs on Divine Cyclone, your Juliet stack will advance
You can notice at 2:21 that my Doron failed to proc on Othom. Ideally, you really really want Doron to proc so that your Juliet stack is much less likely to die quickly, but it's still doable even if Doron doesn't proc as demonstrated here
Aerial Recon is a good combo if you substitute Ururun for anything that has massive damage against Angels/Relics/Floating, or want to use Cyberpunk in place of Ururun for the Accounting up combo if money is a huge issue for you. If you don't want to use Time Traveller though, then Biobone is a better combo

Juliet: 30 (lv1 freeze talent)
Pizza: 40 (lv10 wave talent)
