As we continue our Season 7 theme where we examine the full process of going from fleece to fabric, in today's episode we continue processing Venice, a Jacobs fleece from Meridian Jacobs in California by spinning both woolen and worsted preps. If we want a light airy yarn, we'll opt for a woolen prep and a woolen spin. If we want a strong tight yarn, we'll opt for a worsted prep and a worsted spin.
