My review of George Macdonald Fraser's extremely un-PC novel Flashman. The first book in a long series detailing the life and times of Harry Flashman, schoolboy bully turned army officer during the Victorian era.
In this book Harry Flashman is sent to India and then Afghanistan as British interests in the latter collapse.
