Good Morning All! I built this crosscut sled almost 10 years ago, and it’s been a workhorse in my shop. After years of use, the zero-clearance kerf had widened enough that it was time to do something about it.
In this video, I restore the sled and bring it back to almost as good as new. If you watch to the end, you’ll see whether there’s still a little more work left to do.
